Mandatory Consumer Notification
Pursuant to the Illinois Insurance Code (215 ILCS 5/1501 et seq.) and regulations enforced by the Illinois Department of Insurance, E Park Enterprises Inc. provides the following disclosures to all prospective policyholder clients:
1. Licensed Public Adjuster Status
E Park Enterprises Inc. and Erick Park are licensed Public Adjusters in the State of Illinois. Public adjusters are licensed to represent policyholders in evaluating, preparing, and negotiating property insurance claims.
2. Independent Advocacy
E Park Enterprises Inc. is an independent public adjusting firm representing insured policyholders. We are NOT affiliated with, employed by, or endorsed by any insurance company, insurance agency, or contractor.
3. Cancellation Rights
Under Illinois law (215 ILCS 5/1570), an insured policyholder has the right to cancel a public adjusting contract within 10 business days after execution, without penalty or obligation, by submitting written notice.
